Our story

Press Box PR was formed in 2020 after founder and managing director, Alex Donohue, saw the value that former journalists could bring to public relations.

The agency has since grown and is now a thriving team consisting of over 30 former journalists and PR professionals with experience spanning major publications and organisations.
Press Box PR’s four departments; sport, consumer, B2B and talent, work for clients on a range of digital, brand and experiential PR projects, delivering everything from best-in-class link-building to the biggest creative activations.

We also work with household name talent, using our editorial and PR skills to help grow their profiles and in turn commercial performance.
